If you are interested in renting an apartment and completing the move-in process, please first download and complete the Application For Apartment Form, and prepare the required application documents listed below (if some documents are temporarily unavailable, please provide an explanation). This will allow us to start the approval process promptly.

Processing Time: Once we receive the complete application materials, the approval process usually takes 2–4 business days.
Application Fee: $20 per applicant (non-refundable).

Copy of valid government-issued ID
Copy of Social Security Card
Most recent pay stub
Employment verification letter (including salary, position, and length of employment)
Most recent year’s tax return with W-2 / 1099 forms
Most recent two bank statements
Landlord reference letter
Most recent utility and phone bills

Fully completed Application For Apartment Form
Copy of passport and visa
I-20 school enrollment or admission certificate
Latest Bank statements
Guarantor documents (same requirements as for employed applicants)
